The Account Analyst Team Manager is a key role within the FeedMob team. You will be given the opportunity to lead and grow a team of data driven individuals that are core to the company’s mission and vision. This team is responsible for meeting our clients performance marketing goals while protecting them from ad fraud.

 

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Manage a team of Account Analysts who range in skill and experience level 
  • Work hand-in-hand with the other department managers to ensure processes and protocol are followed to a T 
  • Empower others to grow new and established clients by driving additional high quality users primarily through mobile ad network UA campaigns 
  • Effectively grow team members to reach their full potential and empower them to continue to grow in their careers 
  • Be an escalation point for complex technical issues involving client accounts 
  • Monitor daily campaign aggregate performance and be able to provide insight on any and all fraud cases
  • Collaborate with team members especially from Data and Product to drive efficiency within your team 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 4-6 years of mobile ad tech and ad fraud experience
  • Experience leading a team in a hyper growth startup environment and growing key contributors in a more technical field
  • Background in AdTech and/or mobile user acquisition 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and the Google Suite
  • Data-driven, strategic, and quick to ideate solutions 
  • Hyper-organized with your time and prioritization 
  • Have a positive attitude to help lift your team so they can exceed expectations on client goals
  • Capability to learn, seek feedback, and exceed expectations

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to visualize data to tell a story
  • Familiarity with tableau
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Thorough understanding of mobile ad fraud and proven ability to mitigate client risk
