Director of Account Management – San Francisco HQ

The Director of Account Management is a key role within the FeedMob team. You will be given the opportunity to lead and grow a dynamic team of industry professionals working on some of the largest client direct accounts in the ecosystem. Our team at FeedMob prides themselves on setting the standards by which clients should be served and you will be tasked with upholding those standards across the entire business. You should be data-driven, strategic, quick to ideate solutions for problems, hyper-organized with your time and prioritization, and always bringing a positive attitude to help lift your team and exceed expectations on client goals.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage Account Managers that work within a pod based system (AE, AM, BD – ad supply) to execute on daily and weekly tasks to maintain campaign efficacies
  • Be the main point point of contact to C-Level executives when reporting team performance against client goals
  • Empower your team to grow new and established clients primarily through mobile ad network UA campaigns by driving additional high quality users
  • Set standards by which your team will review and optimize client KPI’s in order to achieve goals
  • Participate in high level, strategic meetings with clients in order to further FeedMob’s mission and help our clients succeed
  • Monitor daily campaign aggregate performance and be able to provide insight on any and all fraud cases
  • Collaborate with leadership from Ad Operations, Product, and Business Development teams to drive consistent company growth

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4-6 years of mobile ad tech experience
  • Proven capability to learn, seek feedback, and exceed expectations
  • Experience leading a team in a hyper growth startup environment
  • Background in AdTech and/or mobile user acquisition

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working directly with client’s heads of business up to C-level
  • Proven track record in media or mobile ad tech experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote and Google Suite
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to visualize data to tell a story
  • Firm understanding of mobile ad fraud
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends if required
