Sales Operations Analyst – San Francisco HQ

As Sales Operations Analyst you’ll be the backbone of creating stability and predictability within FeedMob’s revenue organization, as the architect of our revenue forecasting, analysis, tools, and workflows. In this role, you’ll build the first iterations and improvements of FeedMob’s revenue analysis infrastructure with guidance from the Business Operations Lead. A creative mind with an obsession for data, working in a multi-stakeholder setting, and a love of building internal tools and processes is a must!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Directly report to Business Operations Lead to prioritize major initiatives, learnings, internal communications and feedback
  • Work heavily with COO to formalize sales enablement via: sales tools, forecasting, trends, processes, best practices, and more
  • Provide insights to Marketing as needed to assist in build out of external sales collateral
  • Provide beginning and end of week revenue health updates
  • Use backlog of revenue historics to identify, document, and visualize sales and churn trends across numerous variables
  • Build complex, dynamic internal revenue and pacing dashboards to track performance against company goals, pods, campaign types, and more
  • Suggest internal product enhancements to better process, visualize, and productize sales operations needs
  • Be the main POC for sales tools and processes (e.g. subscription based CRM utilization vs internal product builds)
  • Present global sales operations research and findings as needed to address holistic trends (e.g. addressing churn, focus accounts, top-performing campaigns, etc)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Expert competency with Excel and GSuite as defined by an ability to build dynamic tools used by entire teams
  • Prior experience using SaaS and CRM tools to build procedures and reporting
  • Proven capability to learn, seek feedback, and exceed expectations
  • Experience contributing as a member of a small but growing team

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Data and/or strategy courses, certifications, accolades and overall credentials are just as powerful as an MBA or consulting/finance experience
  • 1-2 years experience working in an highly data-oriented and/or operations role
  • Proof of building visually appealing tools via Excel, SQL, Tableau, or any other GUI for data analysis
  • Expert ability to identify revenue growth opportunities by using large data sets to find strong signals and key variables
  • Expert interpersonal communication skills paramount to gaining buy-in on key projects
