Samsung x FeedMob: Onboarding

(1) Create an account in the Samsung Seller Portal. More information on portal registration can be found here.

(2) Once you’ve created an account, add a FeedMob account manager to assist in uploading the app and securing commercial seller status. Here are the steps:

  • Go to Assistance -> Manager Accounts -> Invite a new manager (eric@feedmob.com).
  • Provide access to applications, statistics, and promotions.

(3) Once you’ve added the FeedMob account manager email, contact your sales representative so they can work with Samsung to grant you approval.

(4) Once approved, you have 2 options for uploading and maintaining your app:

  • Option 1: FeedMob can port your app over from the Google Play store to the Galaxy Store; FeedMob will then handle updates.
  • Option 2: Use the Google API and enter your credentials to automatically add the app to the Galaxy Store when Google Play is updated. This will give you the ability to control the app updates automatically.
