Welcome to the T-Mobile Creative Submission Guide. This onboarding page is designed to help you prepare your banner assets correctly for submission. Please follow the creative requirements outlined below to ensure timely processing and approval.

Banner Asset Requirements

Accepted File Types:

  • PSD (Photoshop File)
  • PNG or JPG (if layered PSDs are not available)

Font Guidelines:

  • All banners must include a “SPONSORED” label in the top-right corner
  • Font: Teleneo
  • Font Size: 9.5 pt when scaled down to 300×250 format

🔗 Destination URL Guidelines

Your landing page or app store URL must be shortened and follow strict formatting rules.

  1. No special characters — Do not include symbols like %, =, or &.
  2. Avoid deep links — The URL should not contain any additional sub-paths or parameters.
  3. Hardcoded tracking — All campaign tags such as publisherID, campaignID, and costModel must be embedded directly into the final URL.
  4. No dynamic assignment — Our system will not append any dynamic tracking values.
