As a valued client, ensuring your brand is represented at its best is our top priority. To maintain the highest standards in our collaborative efforts, it is essential that the creative assets we work with are aligned with Samsung’s guidelines. Below are the key requirements and best practices you need to follow when providing creative assets to FeedMob’s team prior to campaign launch.

Our goal is to review the creatives to ensure they follow the guidelines so the creatives are ready to go for launch. We will make any requisite edits needed per the guidelines and items outlined below.

Use these templates as a reference to ensure that the background images and copy are properly aligned and fit within the designated banner space.

Key Requirements for Client Submissions

To ensure small edits are made in compliance with Samsung Guidelines we kindly ask for the following documents to assist us in the creative review:

1. Background Images (Source Files)

  • Background Images: For source files of background images, please provide the highest quality image available in JPG, PNG, or PDF format to ensure optimal visual performance. Size of background must also fit into banner templates for Samsung.
  • If featured in Editor’s Choice section the vector files for your brand’s logo and app logo

2. Your Company’s Brand Guidelines

  • Brand Consistency: Always share the latest version of your brand guidelines to ensure we maintain the integrity of your visual identity (e.g., colors, fonts, logo usage).
  • Guideline Essentials: Ensure your brand guidelines cover key topics such as:
    • Brand colors and alternative color variations for different backgrounds
    • NOTE: Although your guidelines may showcase approved typography, the Samsung Galaxy Store requires all advertisers to use Noto Sans.

3. Copy/Text of the Banner

Main Title and Subtitle:

• The Main Title will represent the app’s name.

• The Subtitle will serve as the subheading text.

Best Practices: Samsung Galaxy Store Creatives

1. Exclusion of Competitor Devices

  • Brand Exclusivity: We cannot feature competitor hardware devices (T-Mobile, Apple iPhone, etc). Please ensure this is taken into consideration when submitting creative assets. If you submit this we will need to omit the device or replace it with a Samsung device skin.

2. Requirements for the Copy/Text of the Banner

  • There are no CTAs in the creative; a special offer, however, can be featured under the subtitle (discount code, etc.)
  • Main Category: No longer required, as it will be determined by Samsung.
  • Main Title: The title should be your app’s name.
  • Subtitle (Marketing Copy): You may provide a marketing copy that fits up to 3 lines (preferably 2), with a maximum of 60 characters (including spaces) to ensure readability and visual appeal.

Please see the picture below for reference. Note that FeedMob’s design division will be responsible for editing your banners to ensure compliance with Samsung guidelines.

3. General Details

Please make sure background images fit the banner size.

4. DON’T (Avoid these designs below)
